We loved this and I gave it a 4 only because it didn’t become as hard as a block of cheddar. Flavor was great but not a true cheddar taste. This will be one of my regular choices even though I am not vegan or vegetarian.

In reply to lin. Flakes measure less than powder. I believe you can use them but need to measure twice as many or so. I think that’s the only difference.
